Bio Alison Ye was born in China in 1990. She received BFA in Ceramic from Sichuan Fine Art Institute and MFA in Sculpture from Academy of Art University. She inspired by her personal and friend’s love stories. She creates playful characters in clay or metal to play those stories. In 2015 she received the “Best in Show”,1st Place Award for sculpture during the annual Academy of Art Spring Show. In 2016 she received Art and Perception/ Technical Merit Award from National Student Juried Exhibition. She has showed her work at Modern Eden Gallery ,Carnegie Art Center, 111Minna Gallery, and Leedy-Voulkos Art Center.
